This notice explains how information submitted through the ALP RETAIL project inquiry form is handled.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project details, and the type of help you need. You may also provide your company name. Please avoid including passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records.
Why we use it
We use these details to understand your inquiry, communicate with you about a potential project, and keep a record of that conversation. The form asks for your agreement before you send your details.
Spam protection and technical information
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. The check loads when you approach the form or attempt to submit it. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser and device to operate this protection. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Technical request information may also be processed by the website infrastructure to deliver the site and protect the inquiry endpoint.
Handling your inquiry
Inquiries in the website database are cleaned up daily once they are more than 90 days old. A notification may also be sent to our contact inbox; email correspondence is managed separately. Website hosting, spam protection, and inquiry storage use Cloudflare, which may process information internationally. We use your contact details for the inquiry you send. We do not sell project inquiry details.
Your choices
